Vodafone UK and Spotify Premium

Hello

I've just signed up with Vodafone for their 12 month Sim Only deal that includes Spotify Premium.  I'm already a Premium Member so I've cancelled my subscription in anticipation of signing up.

I've just got off the line with their support though and they reckon that if once I've signed up I cannot use Spotify on my PC or on my Echo.  This is a deal breaker for me but is it true?  Surely once it's registered as Premium it's like a normal subscription?

Hey @luggage,

Partner subscriptions (such as ones through mobile tiers) shouldn't affect any Premium features. 

In this support article you can find some info about Spotify being used with Echo and other Amazon speakers: https://support.spotify.com/listen_everywhere/on_speaker/spotify-amazon-speakers/. Please note that this is only for Premium users (which includes any partner subscriptions), and Spotify offline mode is not available with Amazon devices.

But yeah, you shouldn't have any issues with using Spotify on your PC or Amazon speaker 🙂
