I don´t get it, payed 9,99 eur every month for over 2 years now, last time they took the money from my account was on 5th of may, now this [Snip-Language] stupid piece of crap asks me to pay again ?
[Snip-Language], u take loads of money for basically NOTHIN, oooooh u got servers which are streamin music, y right [Snip-Language] this isnt`worth 10 Euro a month, millions of people pay it and u get NO [Snip-Language] SERVICE AT ALL, the support system is ridicoulus and builded to avoid conversation with customers.
I already wrote 2 support tickets, one is older than 48 hours, the other one older than 24 hours, and what a fckin surprise : NO [Snip-Language] ANSWER AT ALL....
WARNING : IF U WANT UR MONEY BACK, U CANT DO IT VIA ONLINE-BANKING, U HAVE TO WASTE UR TIME IN A BANK.
So thank u spotify for nothin at all, i`m never going 2 recommend this crappy service to anyone else, im goin for NETFLIX now, same as all people i know, so u lose at least twenty customers, but hey, who cares there are enough stupid people left to pay for ur crap, so have fun rippin them off....
u can delete this message from the board if u want, i already copy pasted and u will read this every day from now on, gettin my money back from the bank tomorrow.....

I wouldn't worry. Can't get premium if you want it currently. I constantly get nginx errors saying 'bad gateway' or 'gateway timeout'.
They do seem to be having some serious issues.
Problem i see here : I already had Premium and there was no missing payment, so i think it has nothin to do with this "bug"

U appreciate me being annoyed ? Cool. I don`t appreciate that at all. Cause I hate being annoyed, annoyed by things that are supposed to make things easier and not wastin my precious time .......so let`s suppose im a german user payin by direct debit, does that change anything at all ? btw im appreciating ur help(?), even if it may not sound like that....
The German customer thing does change things, Spotify are aware of some payment issues with SofortDauerautfrag payments over the past month, from what I understand the subscription fees debited from your account where not paid to Spotify, and when that happens the payment system effectively pauses your subsciption.
Could you let us know your 8-digit case number from when you got in touch with support previously? I can ask someone to make sure it gets to the right team asap for you.

01436685 should be the case number, accidentially sent 2 messages, this was the second case, i already got multiple answers
from support, but they are all just sayin "sorry that we cant reply questions in the estimated time","if u still have the problem, reply to this message", already did that twice since three days ago, nothin happened at all........ if multiple customers have the same problem, can`t get their money back, it basically counts as a big fraud lawwise in germany, and there is no official statement from spotify to this problem.....
and even if i won`t sue for ten bucks, theres a thing backed up by our state called : Office of Fair Trading........ i heard they really love to sue companys in the name of german customers 😃
so spotify should at least file some statement on this,(if there already is, link plz) otherwise people will get REALLY pissed........sry for mi bad inglando, plz no copy pasterino
ahhh and btw i still can`t lock in on the community-page, just gettin "gateway-error", i have to open my spotify and use the link from there to log in properly........very annoying too........

thx peter, got a free month now, it`s a little bit annoying that u have to went to a shop now to get ur next month of premium, i hope they will find a better partner than "sofort" for it in the future, to bring that service back up, i already know that i will forget 2buy it sometimes, so i have a question: can i buy more than a month as a "spotify-card", for example a whole year, or are they only available for one month?
and which store sells them in germany? the big ones like Media Markt and Saturn ? or do i have to go to gas stations for this ?
