Want to delete account, password & mail issue , facebook connected

hello! need to close the account that i mistakenly connected to my mothers facebook account.  But i dont know the password, also check the hotmail address which belongs to the facebook account and written on spotify account info,    verification mails can not be viewed. I tried several times to send but doesnt work.  As i don't know the password, its not possible to add a new email address. Also tried on my mothers facebook account to change mail, connect, disconnect and connect again.... What should i do?  thank you.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and explain your issue and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email.

@lukenamop Hi again,  i wrote them on facebook, still waiting.

Can't you help about resetting the password with another e mail address or via something else?   My problem would be end ,i suppose
