My Question or Issue

I hope I can describe the problem correctly. I say right away, the support did not say anything clear. Only that it is related to the account, but why and how is unknown. To the point. When you launch Spotify via your smartphone, you see the welcome phrase. For example, "Good Morning". Right? And I don't have this screen. Of course, this is not fatal for me, but when you lose an entire panel that you regularly used, it certainly bothers you.

The Good Morning/ Good afternoon section is in it's test phase so you might have it on your account for some time, or see it on the account of a friend. More info on that - here.

 

We don't have any official info if this feature will be back in future updates and if it will be permanently rolled out.

 

You can try creating a new free account to check whether it will be available there. However, there is no guarantee.
