What does Error Code 3 mean?

Im using Spoitfy Premium, but I can't log into my apps on either my mac or my iphone. I can log in perfectly fine on Safari to see my profile and stuff but not my apps. 

I keep getting that my password is wrong and Error Code 3. I checked the listings of the Error codes on the Spotify listings, but it does have Error code 3.

Can anyone help please?

Ive tried that many times & i still get the same code everytime

Make sure you don't copy and paste your password, also make sure you don't have a capslock enabled.
