When will my gift card be delivered

Hi. 

I bought a spotify gift card for my dad and used my email address because he doesn't use one. I selected for it to be sent today and it still hasn't been sent? What do I do an can I actually contact them rather than this forum? They have given me the spotify ecard number, is that correct?
