I have an account Unlimited. Spotify recently excluded the possibility of charging. Every day gets information that could not be retrieved fee account from my PayPal. I submit the mistake to Polish support but apart from the annoying e-mails did not get anything. They tell me to wait until the account will expire and go to the Premium. But I want to continue to use the Unlimited subscription! if anyone can help me? Where can I report this kind of error? (except for Polish support)

Unfortunately Spotify does not support the unlimited account option anymore, It was discontinued sometime last year (surprised someone still has a unlimited subscription)
You will have to buy Spotify Premium, you will get a whole bunch of extra features with Spotify Unlimited, you can check a comparison chart here 🙂

I know that spotifay no longer supports unlimited accounts. My problem is different. My account has to work until I pay. Meanwhile, by the fact that I can not pay for them will be deactivated. I can not pay because there is some error. I submit the bug with a payment and ask for its repair. It's simple. If you are able to help me and direct your notification of the error?

I am not sure i understand what your issue is, can you not access your account? If you cant access your account, what happens when you do try and access your account? Do you get an error message? What does this error message say?
I have access to my account. I connected the PayPal account which is collected monthly payment on account Unlimited. This month, an error occurred which causes you can not download charges. I tried to change payment of PayPal on the credit card but it does not help. From 18.X system can not download charges. In a moment by this problem I lose my subscription. Meanwhile, support behaves as if it was from Mars and instead resolve my problem pushes me Premium subscription...
Did it spotify no IT department that enters into my account and charge a fee manually?
Do you really need five days to write emails to solve such a trivial issue?
I'm frustrated with this approach to the customer who is with you from the beginning ....

Unfortunately support cannot process your payment as it is for a unlimited account subscription, Spotify does not support the unlimited Option anymore and to recieve Spotify premium features (No ads etc.) you need to subscribe to a spotify premium account
