Why am I being charged

Why am I being charged

Why have I been charged $11.99 each month for Spotify when I cancelled my subscription at the end of the free trial? Not happy.

Hey @Emhamilton,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Checking my email doesn't resolve the fact I've been charged for an app that I don't even have on my phone, it's an absolute joke.

Users that cancel their subscription would receive a email confirmation. If you cannot find an confirmation email in your Inbox, you maybe haven't completed the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.

Yeah but even if I go and cancel it again, that still won't get back the $30+ that's been taken out of my account
