Why am I billed for £14.99 and yet your site says ...

Spotify takes £14.99 a month but I am listed as on free service and I cant use Sonos

You can log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

Check the status of your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username, and not your email address, to login back to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
