Can't connect to my account after coming back from abroad

Can't connect to my account after coming back from abroad

I can't connect my account after I've been 6 months abroad. It still says "Spotify is only available for 14 days abroad", but now I'm in my country again. I have tried reinstalling but the problem persists. What should I do to access it again? I can't even change the country configurations because you need to login for that.

Most of those problems come from a difference between the country shown by the IP address, and the one in your profile.

 

First, check your IP address here.

After that, compare it to the country shown in your profile.
 
If you opened your account with Facebook, your country is tied to the country shown in your Facebook account.
 
Finally, your payment method (if you're Premium) must match your country too.
