Purchased Spotify Premium via App Store, yet still registered as free user

Hello Guys

Sorry for my english, i'll try my best to describe the problem 🙂 :

Like i described in the subject i can't use spotify premium even though i purchased it via the app store. In the app store it's noted in my subscription, that im registered as a premium user until the 4th of august. But when i start spotify i can't use the premium features.

I also deleted the app and reinstalled it. The Spotify account has the same e-mail adress like my apple-id, so i really don't see the problem.

help would be greatly appreciated.

You can log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

Check the status of your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

If it appears as Free, the payment probably didn't go through on Spotify's side.
