Why am I logging in to my family member's Spotify account?

Solved!

Why am I logging in to my family member's Spotify account?

Question:
- I have a premium for Family Spotify account, which I have included my wife in.

- Both of our accounts are linked to our Facebook accounts.

What happens:
I logged out of my Spotify account so my wife could log into hers. But, when we try to log out of her account and log into mine again using the facebook log in button it keeps automatically logging my wife back in.

It's a bit annoying.

- I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify.
- I've tried logging in the normal way using my Facebook log in details, but it wont let me log in.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Answer:
Hey,

Thanks for coming to the Community.
Sorry to hear that you seem to be logging in to your family member's Spotify account, when trying to log in to your own.

As both of your accounts are connected to Facebook, can you try this:

1. go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security&section=sessions&view

2. log off of every session you'll see.

3. (This will log you off from every device, including smartphones etc.)

4. Then, try again.

Let me know how it goes 🙂
