Why are my favorite songs not the same on my computer, phone and work computer?

My Question or Issue

 The list of my favorite songs are very different on my Work computer, my phone and my computer at home. They are all connected to the same account, but they don't seam to sync and only have the songs I have liked on that device. How can I sync across them all?

Hi @Helenert and welcome to the Community forums! 🙂
My first thought would be trying the "Sign Out Everywhere" function. This can be found on the landing page when you log into your account. 

It would also be good to make sure you are running the latest app for each device.
