Why can't I talk to a human being at Spotify?

Seriously, this is terrible. Old account I can't log into being charged monthly. No one can help. I'm not posting account info to forum or twitter.

Hey @Serviceterribl, welcome to the Spotify Community!

These forums are in place so that you can get some attention and troubleshooting help from other Community members (check out Spotify's Rock Star Program). That being said, when personal account information is involved, posting it online for all to see isn't really an option. All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging (not posting to) SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
