Why did I get an "update your password" email when I login with FB?

My Question or Issue

I got an email (below). It didn't look very legit, but research says the mouseover links (wl.spotify) are legit, so I assume it is too. But... I don't log directly in to Spotify! I never have. I log in with Facebook, which hasn't notified me of any issues. What activity is it talking about? How am I supposed to reset a password that doesn't exist? (Does this have anything to do with why spotify won't let me add to shared playlists, my biggest irritation lately?)

You need to create a new password to log back in. Just click the big green button.

Comsidering you access your account using Facebook, I recommend that you don't reset your Spotify password, but the Facebook one instead.
