Why does spotify charge 6.99€ instead of the advertised 4.99€ in Hungary?

Hi everyone. I just realized that I am being charged more (6.99€ instead of 4.99€) for my premium account that is advertised. My friends all pay 4.99€ a month but not me. I am using the hungarian app store and I have no problem with other subscriptions. I have a premium account since January or February and it's always been 6.99€ for me. Since then I cancelled and resubscribed once. I feel ripped off. Does anyone have a similar problem? Does anyone know the reason?
