Why have all my playlists disappeared on Samsung tv

I am a premium subscriber. However, only one playlist is showing on tv. I have logged in and out and still only see 1. I can see them on iPad and Mac. Please advise. Thank you

Could you let us know what operating system and Spotify version you're using on your TV?

Also, try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.

I have attempted everything to no avail.  I have even uninstalled spotify on my desktop and reinstalled, therefore, I have recent version.  I updated on ipad and iphone, however, even on Spotify Connect, I have no idea as to how I find my missing playlists.  

I have a starred list, but that was compiled when I was a new user and did not realize I had to compile on computer and it would automatically show on my Samsung Smart TV.  Everything was fine until January 7, when it randomly disappeared.  I am a premium subscriber and have spent so long attempting to resolve this.  Please help.  I can play on my ipad using bluetooth speaker, Iphone and Mac computer, but not on TV.  Please help.  I notice I am not the only one experiencing this problem.  Many thanks

Hi! I'm experiencing the excact same problem on my samsung smart tv. Did you get any response or help on how to fix the problem? I haven't gotten any help yet. 😐

I didn't receive sufficient response from community. I contacted customer service and they helped me resolve issue. In addition, I was informed their had been a problem with playlists on Samsung TVs. I am up and running. My advice would be to contact customer service only. Exceptional service.

Hi I have the same problem on my Samsung Smart Blu ray player. There was quite a while where a lot of the playlists wouldnt load completely. 4 days ago all playlists dissappeared. I have factory reset the bluray player and reinstalled all apps. Playlists are still gone. All playlists are still present on my phone and PC,
