I have attempted everything to no avail. I have even uninstalled spotify on my desktop and reinstalled, therefore, I have recent version. I updated on ipad and iphone, however, even on Spotify Connect, I have no idea as to how I find my missing playlists.
I have a starred list, but that was compiled when I was a new user and did not realize I had to compile on computer and it would automatically show on my Samsung Smart TV. Everything was fine until January 7, when it randomly disappeared. I am a premium subscriber and have spent so long attempting to resolve this. Please help. I can play on my ipad using bluetooth speaker, Iphone and Mac computer, but not on TV. Please help. I notice I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Many thanks
Hi I have the same problem on my Samsung Smart Blu ray player. There was quite a while where a lot of the playlists wouldnt load completely. 4 days ago all playlists dissappeared. I have factory reset the bluray player and reinstalled all apps. Playlists are still gone. All playlists are still present on my phone and PC,
Can you please just post what you did to fix the problem??? This situation is driving me nuts
