no connection with spotify on sonos

We are trying to listen to Spotify with Sonos. But it says, i qoute:

"You´re time to connect has reached its limit. Please contact spotify if problem remains"

What should i do?

Hi @djennifer89, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Please be sure to update your Sonos firmware to version 7.0 or newer, and it should work again. To do so, follow these instructions.
