Why i can’t change my region?

I want to redeem a polish gift card, and i am currently in Poland, but in the settings there’s no option to change the region. When i tap on “Italy”, the only choice there is is Italy.

Are you currently a Free or Premium user?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If your account does not have a Premium subscription, the option to chose Poland should be available. If it is not, then you can try using a different device in Poland. Maybe use a desktop device as well.
