Why is "Me" missing?

Why is "Me" missing?

This issue only exists on one account and I can't figure out why. I cannot access settings or any of my playlist or even log out because the "Me" tab is missing.

Well, if that's the case then they certainly didn't add any features. I cannot access settings, playlists, favorites etc and it has forced me to create a new account just to be able to use my account normally.

 

Anyway, how do I go about fixing this?
