My wife and I have shared a Duo Premium account for a few years. She doesn't receive ads during music, so it appears she has some premium features. However, she does not have access to audio books that are included in Premium. They are locked and prompt her to purchase them. 

 

In my account settings, I can see her account as a plan member while I am the plan manager. I have full access to audio books. 

 

We have tried logging her account out and back in. I have removed her from the plan and invited her back. Audiobooks are still locked on her account. 

 

I have read a few of these threads but have not seen this issue. Any help is welcome, cheers.

Hey @demau-beto,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Right now, Audiobooks in Premium is available only on select plans and is limited to plan managers.

 

This means if you joined a Duo or Family plan as a member you won’t have access to the free listening time, but this is something that will be explored in the future to allow Family and Duo users to have more flexibility from their audiobooks access 🙂
