Using my WiFi, I can't get Spotify to work on my phone, on desktop, or even enter the Spotify website on phone or computer. It just says I'm offline or that it can't connect to the server (on mobile I can still listen offline but I can't sign in on desktop). My WiFi works fine otherwise, it's just Spotify being affected. I can use Spotify on mobile data without issue.

 

I've checked my firewall and anti-virus settings, no luck there. It's been like this a couple of days. Would appreciate some help!

If you apps works while using mobile data or a local cellular connection, this means it is indeed an issue with your WiFi connection.

 

What i would suggest doing is to unplug your router/modem for at least 5 min and plug back in - the restart of the device might just help.

 

In addition, make sure to call your local internet provider and have them check your private connection to see if any changes were made lately with your firewall / anti virus programs installed on it.
