My Question or Issue
Hi, I'm writing to tell you that one member in my family plan tried to connect themselves in their Spotify, but all she keeps receiving is that they can't identify their address even tho it was the correct one, and they kicked her out of my family plan. Can I have any help please?
Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it
she tried it didn't work all they keep saying is that her address is incorrect even though she wrote it good

All users in a Premium for Family subscription should live on the same address. If this is not the case, the user won't be able to join your plan. You can read more about this here.
