Would like to delete an old Spotify Account

Issue: I have an old spotify account that I would like to delete. I'm in a kind of loop. The account was connected with Facebook, which I had deleted.

Issue 1: Spotify will only let me login with Facebook.

Issue 2: I would log in with the Spotify username and password. However, I can't remember either as it was a long time ago.

Issue 3: I would have just left it, but I have been receiving Spotify emails and when I go to unsubscribe...it asks me to sign in 🙂

Issue 4: I also tried to use the 'contact form' ..... but you guessed it, it asks me to sign in to submit question 🙂

Requesting a Solution:

I have signed up with a new account and have just filled out the Spotify contact form. All I have, is of course my email address and would be grateful if Spotify could message me regarding this matter if there is any other around my problem?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using this online contact form including your account details and they will be able to delete that account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
