Zip code invalid

Hello,

 

i have been using Spotify for few months now, and was using always the same linked credit card to pay my premium, but I forgot that the credit card I was using to Spotify didn't work anymore. So the last payment failed.

 

 

Now I'm trying to link my new credit card to my Spotify but I get  Enter a valid zip code error.

I have emailed Spotify about it and none of the solutions worked.

 

Here everything I tried:

Using paypal

Trying with/without capital letters/space

Using my office zip code

Making sure I was on the Canadien page(I'm form Canada)

Trying to change my zip code in edit my profile and I got the same mistake

Trying on an new account

 

 

I'm pretty desparate...

Really hoping someone can help me

Sorry for the trouble! There have been multiple reports of this problem recently.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Like I said in the original post, I already did and those are the solutions they gave me, but they are running out of solutions...I guess I'm gonna start to use back google music, because Spotify Free is really bad on phone. I hope they gonna fix this soon.
