accidently bought premium

accidently bought premium

Hey guys,

4months ago i signed up for "1 month free trial" on my account, and it went well, i didn't have to pay for it.

but yesterday i tried it with another card, my credit card, on the exact same account, i didn't know and i had to pay, i lost 99 Norwegian krone, is there anyway i could chargeback? i bought it yesterday, please help me out, my mom is gonna hit me..

I suggest to contact Support, they'll see if a refund is possible, you can contact them via this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

 

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉

Support usually answer within 24-48 hours.

I didn't get any email.

I didn't get any mails from spotify.

Weird... 

What is the mail about? i got 1 it was about "congretulations welcome to spotify" and stuff and i deleted it.

i canceled the subscribtion. 

The subject says something like Support Case #...
