HELP!

1.

I need to change my emailadress, but the one i use i attach to another account - and I don't know how to solve it! My old on is *snip* - i want to change to *snip*, bur it's occupied to an accout i fear is attach to my artist account - but I can't connect to it. And honestly - I only nedd one! Help me please!

2. I want to change my artist nman from "Madeleine Frey" to "Frey" - is that something I need to do through you or thorugh CDBABY?

Hey @MadeleineFrey, thanks for writing!

In this case, our best recommendation would be for you to close the account in which the email address you want to use is currently associated to. You can do so with these steps. Once you've done it, you'll be able to register that email address on your current Spotify account.

In regards to your artist name, we're afraid you'll need to get in touch with your distributor or aggregator for further assistance on this, since they're the ones who manage the metadata that's sent to Spotify and any other streaming services.
