account deletion process duration

Greetings, on February 22nd I decided to delete my main account in order to start fresh (basically I just wanted to delete my entire music history).

However, even after 13 days, it seems that my account hasn't been deleted yet:

1. I can still see my old profile on https://open.spotify.com/user/elsageloco and
2. when I try to create a new account with my email I get an error that "there is already a Spotify account linked to that email address".

How long does it usually take for the whole process to be completed?

I want to create a new account and start using Spotify again.
