account details not working

My Question or Issue

On my other account that has the premium, i’ve been trying to log in. it’s saying my email and password are incorrect. when i try request to change password it says account with email doesn’t exist. i changed the password 6 days ago and it was fine then. i tried with multiple different emails and my old and current password, i had the details saved to device and they worked when i saved them but they aren’t now. i’ve tried logging in on many devices and via website and none have worked.

the details were correct, i tried deleting and reinstalling, i received no further emails after my initial one requesting the password change a few days prior. This is becoming a real problem as I can’t even cancel my subscription.

I’ve received no emails or anything, aside from the ones from a few days ago when i changed my password. i was randomly logged out, i was using it just an hour prior but then it stopped letting me.
