Hello,

I wanted to refresh the bank account details and I keep receiving an error message that "Something went wront, please try again". I tries ti provide different band account details and none of them was working and I lost the family premium package.
Could you please assist?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Have you tried using a different device and and the incognito window of your browser? Also switch internet connections and turn off any VPNs if you have any active.

 

You can find out more troubleshooting advice on this page as well. Try some other payment methods also, if possible.
