adding person to family plan

adding person to family plan

i want to add my wife to our family plan but get the notification that "we couldn't add you to family plan as your accounts needs to be in the same country as the owner of the family plan". We both live in HK so what can be the issue?

Hey @mvanvoorst,

 

I'd recommend making sure that both accounts have set the same country setting here: https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

Could you both go to your Spotify account pages and let me know what country it lists you both as?

Yeah good plan, indeed one account had HK the other NL. So i changed it, logged out and tried again by going back to invite email, push link, but get same message ...

Which account had the country setting set to NL? The Premium for Family Admin account (you) or the Family member's account?
