all playlists+starred gone,New playlists saved, possible oter uting mye account

Yesterday I logged into my account, and I found out all my playlists where deleted and some new songs and playlists had appeared, with songs/music I have never heard of. All my starred songs where also gone. Seems like another persons music. I can recover most of my playlists, but all my starred songs are gone and some of my playlists are not able to recover.

I changed my password and logged out of all locations which I have spotify running.

Somebody able to help me find out how to recover the starred list and some other playlists? Can't find them under account on the Web page where I found the other playlists.

I'd recommend you to contact support here so they can help you.

They have the ability to recover previous playlist states.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
