On my artist page, how do i remove an old project that i'm tagged in?

If this is a project you've actually worked on, it would be best to reach out to the label/distributor that distributed it back then and ask them to delete your artist name from the track metadata.

If this is a different artist with the same name, you can contact the Spotify for Artists Support here and they will help you out.
