Lost all my playlists - please help!

Somehow fb logged me off and when I logged back on, everything was gone! I tried logging in through both fb and by inputting my email but still no luck. Spent so much time on these playlists. Any suggestions?

Solved!! I used a gift card for Unlimited. How to change to premium

I used the gift card accidentlly for unlimited. I have 2 problems:- the subscibtion page says I'm running free. I dont understand, so i cant change to premium.- My credit card is not working. Spotify, I'm so disapointed.
