can't log in from Belgium, the account was set up in Poland

can't log in from Belgium, the account was set up in Poland

I can't log in in BE, if i use vpn to switch

IP for Poland, I can log in but can't change the country. Vicious circle.

Thanks for coming to the Community.


You should always be able to log in at https://spotify.com/account, no matter if the country setting matches the country you're currently in. From there, you should be able to update the country setting through the dropdown menu. 

If you're seeing any error messages while trying to do that, please post screenshots 🙂

hi Maxim, thanks for reaching out. The issue was that I couldn't log in at all while in BE. When I used vpn to hane Polsih IP I could log in but couldn't change the country, as the only available option was Poland. after I have posted my problem hesr magically under "country" appeared Belgium and Poland:)
