can't log in - spotify won't accept password and log in with facebook doesn't work either

I have been a customer for more then a year and my spotify isnt let me open on my phone or my desk top. Please fix or send me my money back....I would love for the spotify to work!!! thanks

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

I am also having this problem! I had to create a new account just to log in to be able to write this. My Facebook linked account suddenly stopped letting me log in. I have no idea what has happened, no passwords were changed, it just all of a sudden stopped playing music, and then wouldn't let me log in again. I have followed the community help forums and have tried everything they have offered, including changing passwords, start/restart computer or devices, downloading new apps, everything. I REALLY want to get this issue resolved, because I do pay for premium and if I can't even log in at all, it's a waste of money. I'm extremely frustrated that Spotify doesn't seem to have customer service. I would love to just log in ONCE to cancel my subscription!
