can't loggin

Hello everybody,

I'm asking this on behalf of my father who subscribed to Family Premium. He has trouble logging in to his account as the e-mail adress where he receives the link to reset the password isn't his. We can't find a way to reset the password or change the account mail adress because we don't have access th the spotify account nor the gmail account. It's kind of a viscious circle...

If anyone has a solution I'm all ears!
