cannot log in

cannot log in

I have been trying to log in to my spotify account. even after resetting my password, and keying in the new password, It still says my password is wrong! I have done this reset too many times. And recently, after resetting the password and signing in again, it says "spotify is only available for 14 days when abroad". I set my country as indonesia, I am in Indonesia, I didn't leave the country at all! May I know how to solve all the above problems I had encountered? I wanted to sign up for the premium but afraid that these problems will keep happening. Then it will be in vain.....

Hey skyshi-id!

 

Can you try checking your Account Overview here? Just check if it's still showing Indonesia.

 

If it's showing Indonesia, you can try logging in on the web player to see if you can play music here without the error message.
