cant get premium

hey i made a new spotify account and hat payed the old one with paypal... now i want to do it with new one and i cant... i think its about the 3 month free....

anybody knows how to solve ( dont want to get old acc back)

That is right.

You should be able to purchase regular Premium though after the error message about the offer ineligibility has popped up.

i did but its also not working, i only can pay with paypal . so i cant choose otherpayment, other browser / priv mode not working

Can you please let me know if the card or account linked to PayPal was used to get a trial or the same promotion before? If that's the case, you'll need to use a different payment method to claim the offer.
