cant log in

cant log in

so 3 months ago i tried the 3 months subscription and now i want to cancle it. however i dont remember the email i did put into the account. and i cant cancle it now. is there a way by using my name or last numbers on the credit card i did use ?

I recommend trying the suggestion in this Support article of going to the password reset form and entering possible email addresses that you own. You'll get a message that a password reset email was sent when you enter the right email address associated with your Spotify account.

 

If you can't remember the correct email address to enter into password reset, then I would recommend contacting Customer Support; they’ll take a look and do their best to help. However, bear in mind that it may currently take longer than usual to reach a Customer Support advisor.
