Hello Spotify.community

 

I wanted to change my bank account details a few months ago. It was successful. As I thought. But after a month the settings were reverted back to normal. It changed back my country setting as well as the bank account to an old one. And tried to charge that account. Was unsuccessful by obvious reasons.

Now I tried ~30 times to change the fricking bank details and country but none of them works.

So after many years now I'll simply switch over to amazon or apple music. And recommend everyone to do the same as Spoitfy account handling is still like in the middle ages.

thanks, i did that. btw that's exactly the kind of support which is not working anymore.

checking faq -> asking the community -> asking support in a different method -> asking different support in a different method again -> hoping something will change -> very simple request fixed in a min 3 weeks max infinite timeframe. and it's just a _simple_ and easy question, not something weird or tricky one.

in the other hand opening a new account at amazon/apple music/google music takes less than 5 minutes.

can you see the difference?
