Hello everyone,
I would like to remove a specific device from my Spotify account. Is there a way to do this via the website or the Android app?
I have found various instructions online, but they no longer seem to be up to date.

Hey @Zween!
Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.
In this case, you can use the option to Sign out Everywhere to remove all devices, then you need to log in again on the ones you wish to continue using. If the device is a third-party app, you can log into Manage Apps to remove access.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey @Anyk17,
thanks for your reply.
I had found online instructions on how to remove individual devices from the account. This option seems to have been removed. That's a shame, really.
But then the topic can be closed, thanks
Hi. I signed out Everywhere and then I only signed back in with three devices. When I tried to download music onto a fourth device, I received a message saying something like I need to remove one of my other devices. I thought the limit is five devices? Please help me with this. Thanks.
Hey there @rinmotion,
Thanks for joining the conversation.
In this case, we'd suggest reaching out to us privately via the channels here so your account can be checked and any other previous devices can be removed.
The Community will be here if anything else comes up.
Cheers!
How do I remove all downloads from another devices I no longer have access to, so i can download music for offline listening on the current device?
The option to remove a device and its downloads needs to be added back in. I have lost a device and cant download playlists on the new device..
Hey folks,
In the past, it was possible to see all of your offline devices on your account page. While this option is no longer available at this time, your feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks for sharing it here. There's a live idea about bringing it back which you may find interesting, so feel free to check it out and show your support.
Currently, if you've reached the device limit, you'll get a pop up message saying "Device limit reached. Remove all downloads from another device to listen offline with this one." To remove the downloaded content on a device you no longer need, simply go to Settings > Data-saving and offline > Remove all downloads.
In case you no longer have access to the device, an option would be to wait 30 days, since that's the maximum time a device can stay offline for before all the offline content on that specific device gets disabled. Alternatively, you can follow the link from @Novy above and send us a message - we'll check backstage to see if we can help speed up the process.
Hope this clears things up. Cheers 🤘
Cann't Spotify add this feature to manage devices? They keep increasing subscription fees without providing a simple way to manage devices?
