family member account hacked / password changed

My Question or Issue

A family member's Spotify account under my premium account was hacked and the email changed so they can't do anything except send a help request to Spotify. Under my main premium account page I can see the new email address but I can't do anything about it. Is there a way to change the email address back so they can access the account again and change the password? They really don't want to have the account removed because of losing all their saved music playlists and artists. They are in the process of resetting other passwords and no one else appears to be hacked.

I appreciate the input but I already found this link / help information (really, I do appreciate you taking a minute to try to offer guidance). It's a little frustrating I can't specifically manage individual family user accounts. My full account was not hacked, just one of my family members got hacked and the email was switched. I just want to reset an email without completely wiping the user profile since this would get rid of all the associated content, artists, playlists, etc. Thanks for trying to help!

Yes, I understand. Since it's just one family member, guide them to the support article to follow the necessary steps to get their account back.
