my spotify keeps saying 

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

You should double check that your payment card country matches your country in profile, and the country of your IP address.

 

Also, try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode).

 

If that doesn't help, delete your current payment info, and try to put your card information after that.

 

To do so:

 
 

1. Go to your Subscription and payment overview --> http://spotify.com/account/subscription/

2. Click UPDATE DETAILS.

3. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,

 
After you've removed your payment info, resubscribe to Premium with your card info.
