I bought a ecard with PayPal, the 9,99€ are sold but i dont get an email (with code )? Can you guys help me?!

Did you definitely press the send to email button after you purchased the code? 

 

Your best bet is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to let you know what the code is. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Have you received a case number? You can paste it here if you haven't heard back from the support after the 24 hours.

If you haven't got a number, you need to reply to the automated email (even if it's from "no-reply").
