how do i change my email address

I have contacted support over a month ago and have heard nothing from them. I need to change the email address linked to my Account as i dont use my Facebook account anymore and it has be en deactivated. I feel like nobody is here to help and I would really like to continue using the product but I am not willing to pay for something i havent used in a month. Spotify is really good at making money but wont let you contact them even if you are premium u ser.

Did you use the online contact form?

If you did, and you got an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply), and it will be sent to the staff.

If you also did that, and haven't got a response within 24-48h, let me know your case number (#series of numbers), and I'll escalate it to the staff for you.

Does the email address you have associated with your account still work? If it doesn't, try again using this form where you can specify the email address they reply to.
