i am getting charged on two different amex cards - cant find second subscription to cancel?

i am getting charged on two different amex cards - cant find second subscription to cancel?

i am getting billed 15.14 on one card for my family plan and 9.99 on another card and i dont know why and cant find it online or find anyone at spotify to call?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, we're glad to see you're part of the band.

 

It sounds like you may have two different Spotify accounts. To find your extra account and cancel the Premium subscription on it, just follow these steps.

thanks, i followed the links, but it did not help.

it only shows my family account which i want to keep.

it does not show me anything on the other account i want to cancel.

could this be coming from apple?  i do remember years ago signing up via apple.

i only have a single account under my email address, is there a way to find the account via my credit card statement?
