i can't login my account

i looked to topics , i found the solutions but none of them has worked for me 

i can't login to my account , i am trying to login with my email keeps saying error code:3 for windows app but when i try to login with my username i can login but just a few seconds after that coming back to login screen , same as android app , when i try to reset password couldn't find my email
