impossible to access account - email no longer existing - cannot stop payment

My Question or Issue

 I have just registered a new premium account as I cannot access an old account of mine. The problem is that there is a monthly payment automatically drawn from my bank account on the old spotify account , and I cannot access that account to cancel the payment/subscription.

In the old account, there was an email address connected to it that no longer exists, and I cannot access that either. I know my old spotify username, but that's it. 

what to do?
