Hi thank you for replying, I had tried to do that before writing on the community page. I can't do that because when it askes for your email it goes straight into Facebook and you have to put your email on your Facebook account for you to email them. The problem with that is my Facebook email is invalid and every other email belonging to myself and friends which I've tried is saying that the email I entered is already on another Facebook when they know it isn't.
